Variety: Chardonnay, Grechetto, Procanico, Falanghina.
Vineyard: Espalier with a cordon spur pruning.
Planting density: 4500 plants per hectare and a production of 2,5 kg per plants. The grapes harvest take place at night.
Vinification: The grapes are subjected to a soft pressing and worked at a controlled temperature.
Organoleptic features: Straw-yellow color with golden hues. Intense fruity fragrance with a note of white flowers, apple and peach. Soft and delicate to the taste.
