Planting density: plant density ranging from 4500 to 5500 vine per hectare with an average yeald of 1-1,5 kg of grapes per plant.
Vinification: grapes are collected and vinified at a monitored temperature; the wine is aged for 15% in new barrique and the rest in steel tanks.
Organoleptic features: intense ruby-red colour with violaceus highlights; fruity and intense fragrance.
